Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn, an American actress. Her most well-known character is Skyler White in her role on the AMC Drama Breaking Bad, for which she won the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 and 2014 in the category of Outstanding Supporting Actress in the Drama Series. She played Jean Ward and Martha Bullock, respectively, in The Practice. Anna Gunn, born 1968 in Sante Fe New Mexico fell in love with acting in preparation for her first performance before moving to Ohio. She attended Northwestern University to study theatre and also spent time at the British American Drama Academy. Anna started out in Chicago performing in stage role for several years. Later, she relocated to Hollywood and began acting in films and TV shows. Anna had her biggest break in the year 1992, when she portrayed Arden in 29 episodes of Down the Shore. After guest appearances as a Actor in a variety of TV Shows and films, such as Seinfeld and NYPD Blue in the 90's and was later cast as Jean Ward as part of The Practice. In 2000, she was given the role of Deadwood as Martha Bullock for two full seasons. She also starred as Skyler in Breaking Bad as Skyler, in the year 2008. Sully and Deadwood was another movie she was a part of. Gunn played in David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers, a production produced by David Schwimmer. In 2022, Gunn starred in a four-part podcast of audio plays called"Numbered Days. The story of Breaking Bad is dependent on the relationships with Walter White, his wife Skyler and their uneasy relationship. The degrading of this relationship is in line with Walter White's last years.
